My daughter was 4 weeks old when we first tried giving her the bottle, at first she would take the playtex nursers but I guess due to the infrequent bottle feedings she began to refuse them altogether. She would scream for over an hour when we would try to feed her the bottle, the "when she gets hungry enough she'll eat" theory did not work with her. When she was 8 weeks I tried going back to work but she wouldn't eat, so I couldn't work. We tried every nipple & bottle I could find but she would gag on them, if she did get the hang of it the second she would mess up it was all over & we'd go back to the scream fest, she would cry, I would cry, it broke my heart. Finally after searching the internet & talking with a friend at work I decided to try the Adiri natural nurser, at this point I was willing to try ANYTHING! I was surprised at how soft the whole bottle was, it looked like plastic in the pictures & the nipple seems to be shorter and smaller which really works for her. The first time I fed it to her, {now 12 weeks}, she latched on like a pro & sucked it down, I didn't know I could be that excited about a child taking a bottle! She had a few episodes after that where she fumbled & got upset but nothing like what we delt with with all the other bottles, now she takes it with no problems & I have finally been able to go back to work. And the plus side is that her bottles never get confused with the other children's at daycare.

I bought an Adiri bottle for my son. From birth, he refused to accept a bottle. I tried every bottle and nipple available on the market and he refused all of them. He even refused to use a sippy-cup. I was heading back to work in a month and I was panicked about getting him to drink from a bottle because I wouldn't be able to nurse him during the day. He took the Adiri nurser right away and is now drinking from it, as well as sippy cups! It is an amazing product and I tell every breastfeeding mother I know about these bottles!

My daughter was breastfed from birth. In the transition to bottle feeding, she would not take any type of bottle. I tried many! I was in Toys R Us and saw the Adiri bottle. The first thing that drew my attention is the name. My daughters middle name is Aderi, which means "Little Dove" in Arawak (Amerindian). I was impressed with the shape of the bottle and the likeness to a breast. What even impressed me further is the way the milk flows from the bottle-- just like the breast. This is the only bottle my daughter will take. With the other bottles/nipples she tends to gag with the nipple or the milk spews out of her mouth because of the flow. I do not have these issues with the Adiri Bottle. Although it is a little more money than the average bottle, it is worth the price.

The Adiri Natural Nurser is the first bottle that my 13 mo. Daughter has ever taken. I am in the process of integrating it into her nursing schedule with the goal of weaning her off my breast in the next month or two. It has been a true blessing for me, as I was completely at a loss with any and every other bottle on the market that I tried (which she flat out rejected).

I just started working as a lactation counselor about 3 months ago. I was having trouble with my then 6 months old taking a bottle at daycare. We had tried everything or so I thought. My preceptor at work said that she had some samples of an Adiri bottle. She gave me one. I had daycare try it the next day and he started taking a bottle. They said he held on to the bottle and ate every ounce of milk they gave him that day. We have not had trouble giving him a bottle since and it has been 3 months. My baby decided about three weeks before I returned to work part time that she did not want anything to do with a bottle. She would cry, and not latch on to the bottle until I would cave in and breastfeed her. My pediatrician recommended to just keep trying a bottle at least once a day, and that eventually she would take it. I read feedback on other web sites about this bottle, and ordered it. What a godsend!! She latched on within seconds of trying the new bottle, and has rarely had a problem since. I was able to return to work with one less worry, and that was very comforting!!!

I would like you to know that we tried to breastfeed and my little boy was eating every hour for two months and I couldn't make enough breastmilk for him. Just when I thought there were no were else to turn, the Adiri™ Natural Nurser™ Ultimate Bottle really gave me a great outlook - even though you have a spend a little extra it's really worth it. My daughter is 2 months old and I breastfed her for the first couple of weeks. I decided to change to bottle and nothing was working. I was buying Dr. Brown bottles, Avent bottles, you name it, I bought it. Then I googled bottles and your bottles popped up. I got one...and she was happy. With her being allergic to milk and having to have a predigested formula this bottle is great!!! I recommend it to everyone! Thank you..there is hope :)

I have to thank you. I have been home with my beautiful son, Avi, since his birth four months ago, but must return to work next week. You were quoted in the New York Times as saying, "We set out to build the ultimate baby bottle." Well, you succeeded! My daughter has been exclusively breastfed for 4 months, and I returned to work last week. We tried every brand of bottle we could find, but she wouldn't take any of them. I ordered the Adiri natural nurser as my last resort and was holding out hope while I waited for the backordered bottles to arrive. In the meantime, I have been running over to my daughter's daycare 2-3 times a day to nurse her (not a great start for my return to work). Two of the backordered bottles (stage 1 and stage 3) arrived last night. I prepared them this morning, took my daughter to daycare, and crossed my fingers for a good morning. Her daycare provider just called me to say that Maggie took her bottle. Hurrah!! You are lifesavers! (Or at least job savers:-). The polycarbonate free plastic is a huge plus, especially after reading about the chemicals already in young children's bodies. Ms. Morrill, your father was a genius! Thank you Adiri!

When we first started our son on a bottle, he would take anything. I really wanted a bottle that was polycarbonate-free and bisphenol-A free, but the ones we tried left him swallowing too much air, so we settled on a traditional plastic bottle. I eventually grew tired of pumping and we took a two week hiatus from bottle feeding. When we tried to go back, he refused every bottle we tried. Then we tried the Adiri Natural Nurser. It had just been introduced to the market and, fortunately, we live near the one store in Massachusetts that sold them at the time. Our son took to the bottle immediately. Because of the Adiri Natural Nurser, my husband is able to feed and put our son to bed every night. He says it is the best part of his day. Thanks, Adiri.

I am a pediatrician and I just had my first baby. I'm now experiencing the pain of colic and reflux my patients' parents always told me about! However, the Adiri Natural Nurser seems to have helped my son turn a corner. Previously he fed from a different company's bottle when I needed a break from breastfeeding. After these feeds he seemed uncomfortable (as evidenced by the loud screaming :), all day. Today I tried the Adiri Natural Nurser. After his feeding he was happy and comfortable. The feed took longer, like a breast feed, with the Natural Nurser, which I think is good for him. Normally he eats too fast and gulps down a lot of air. I love the design of this bottle, his latch looks as it does on the breast! We are going to order more. I love it and I look forward to telling my patients about it!

My son just turned 6-months-old and I haven’t tried a bottle for months because breastfeeding has just been convenient and easy. But last night I took my husband out for a 9-course meal for his birthday. Before leaving I left the babysitter with pumped milk and the Adiri 6-mo bottle and crossed my finders. A few hours later I called to see how things went and she said he took the bottle like a champ. She gave him about half, then stopped to burp him and he lunged for the bottle and grabbed it from her for more! Thank you so much for the Adiri Natural Nurser. Baby Chloe loves it. It is SO EASY to use. My wife still nurses our baby and we only use a bottle for a couple of feedings per day. Early on we were using another bottle that caused Baby Chloe to stop nursing completely. We had to give up bottle feeding for several days. But then we gave the Adiri Natural Nurser a try. Now our baby has no problem alternating between nursing and bottle feeding. And I love that it only has 3 parts. I hate those other bottles with 6 different parts. The colors are terrific too!

I just want to thank you for making a great bottle. My daughter is 3 1/2 months old, and refused all bottles and pacifers. Wow, my baby took a bottle!!! I am going back to work next week and my daughter, Sofia, is nearly 6 months. We have tried a few bottles off and on for the last few months. With the Adiri bottle she took right to it. My husband said he knew she liked it because she made the sounds like she does when she is nursing. She spent her first day in day care yesterday and took three bottles, totalling about 8 oz. The most she had ever taken before was about 1 oz. I attended a design show at the Pasadena Museum of California Art and saw the Adiri Natural Nurser on display. I found it fascinating and was delighted when I saw it for sale in the gift shop. I purchased one for my granddaughter. She loves it. Her mother, who is a physician, was delighted with it to so we drove back to the museum and purchased a second one. The fact my daughter is taking your bottle is important testimony to a well-designed product...she's been on bottle strike since week 10 (she's now 7 months) and it's not for lack of trying or creativity as my husband and I have been pretty resourceful! My baby loves the AdiriTM Natural NurserTM and although she has been using it exclusively for about 9 wks she will still latch on to my breast. I do this every once in a while to keep my breast milk production up even though I was not able to breastfeed exclusively due to severe pain. Thank you so much for your wonderful product!
